We hope you understand that it is not always possible to anticipate every question or problem that may come up.  In an attempt to provide the best service possible, we have two methods for you to get additional support.     First, please take advantage of our support forums (Presently unavailable!).  The forums are designed to allow all users to exchange ideas, hints, and ask questions.  We hope that as community members, the more advanced users can help out the newer members.  We monitor these forums daily and will try to help out as much as possible.  Be sure to check the announcement area, as this is where we post any news related to system issues or anticipated problems.     Secondly, support for very specific problems or concerns can be obtained via email.  While every effort is made to answer all email on a daily basis, there are times when it may take a couple days.  Since most members check the support areas regularly, you may get a faster response there.  If you should need to email support, we can be reached at support@f2w.net.     Thank you .....        your webmaster - Drew     <Back> to First 2 the Web Home
